All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, custom-sized, and limited-quantity nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are non-refundable. Because each custom order is invoiced and produced specifically for the customer, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
